Refund and return policy

Overview

Thank you for choosing to shop at Goosheepome.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can first contact customer service to communicate with the product problem. If there is still a need to return, we will also assist you with follow-up services.

Refunds

1. The customer has a 14-day hesitation period after the arrival of the goods to ensure the rights and interests of both parties. (※ Please note: The 14-day hesitation period is not a probation period)
More than 14 days hesitation period. The hesitation period starts on the day of receipt of goods (including holidays), and will not accept return or exchange. Please understand!
2. The 14-day appreciation period is not a probation period, please consider before purchase to avoid future sales disputes, such as when your goods have been used, and we cannot return or exchange goods. Customized products cannot be returned. Due to hygiene considerations, the hygienic and intimate clothing (including but not limited to swimsuits, underwear, undergarments, safety pants, chest pads, socks, baby clothing) sold on this website… (etc.), beauty or food, etc., unless the goods are obviously defective, no return or exchange service will be provided after opening. The original invoice (e-invoice certificate) is lost and cannot be returned. Original packaging is not included, damaged, dirty, or non-returnable. The goods cannot be returned if they are damaged, damaged, scratched, soiled, damaged, or incomplete due to improper use or storage. Re-processing on returned goods, e.g. embroidery, cutting, printing… no returns.

3. When applying for a return, please read the following statement and contact customer service within 7 days to inform the reason for the return.

Remark: We will carefully check the goods before shipment, if you still receive the wrong goods or defective goods, causing you to apologize for the inconvenience, please submit the relevant proof (such as: photos, audio and video) within 3 days of receiving the goods, and 7 days after receiving the goods (on the same day, including holidays) according to the following instructions. Attached is the order number, order member account number, and contact information. If there is a guarantee card, please attach a photo of the warranty date, and we will handle it for you as soon as possible.
If you do not receive a reply in more than two working days excluding holidays, there may be a situation of missing mail, please contact us again proactively or by private message, thank you.

Please take photos and video of the wrong product or defective part of the product immediately after unpacking and send it to infogsfh@gmail.com

Returned goods must maintain the integrity of the product body, accessories, internal and external packaging, accessories, gifts, warranties, original packaging, and all accompanying documents or information.

If the number of returned items exceeds 6 items within 2 months, the member will be included in the refuse transaction list for life.

Exchanges

When the goods are exchanged, the goods must be sent back to the office in a complete carton with spare parts, and the company will confirm the exchange.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at infogsfh@gmail.com

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: infogsfh@gmail.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
